My son Derek, referred me here. As I was going thru the same BS with different places. I called BYRONS late Wed. afternoon. I was told he could take me anytime on Fri., 8am ok? That works. I'm in N.H. and was looking at 2 hrs. round trip, plus tolls. But after being quoted prices from $180.- $220.,, $80. for 4 dismounts, mounts, balancing, discarding 4 old tires??? That's a no-brainer. Door opened at 8am, at 8:45am I was on my way home. Yes, I'm a retired, grouchy, old, fart, that doesn't get impressed with much of anything these days. I'll tell you,, the owner, staff, place, quality and speed of work, the pricing, friendliness, efficient manner of everyone and everything??? = IMPRESSED. Need work done? This is the place to start BYRONS,, Thanks Guys
After calling around I came across Byron's. FINALLY someone reasonable! Brought my own tires and TPMS sensors. ARRIVAL BYRON'S: Brought my car in the second I showed up (5 mins late)! OTHER'S: Car sits in the parking lot for 20 mins after arriving at my scheduled time. Mounted, Balanced, Sensor install and reprograming, AND Disposal of old tires! BYRON'S: Opening 2 days after I called. $80.00 even! OTHER'S: (4 others I called all with a week wait time) $120, $150, $160 and $185. WAIT TIME BYRON'S: Was told an hour. @ 10:07 he took my keys @ 11:07 He put the keys back in my hand! OTHER'S: An hour turns into 2. Almost everywhere I've been, they are not solid on wait time. OVERALL BYRON'S: Solid company, no BS, no run around, Never tried to upsell and just did the job I went for, and for an amazing price compared to all others I called. Got me in fast got me out fast and I would and will definitely recommend this place. Next time this will be the first place I call. OTHER'S: You've been there. There are some good places OBVIOUSLY! But more often than not they lack somewhere. Thank you guys so much for the service please stay just the way you are. I appreciate the service you provide. Prices and all. Thanks again. D
What a pleasure and relief it was to have Byron's team take care of my daughter's tire. We are 7 hours away and she is a local college student who had a nail in her tire. She was in and out with a repaired tire in no time and felt very comfortable with the shop and the service. I wish we had a Byron's here in Jersey. Thanks again for the great service.
